The only thing you are going to lose with a sauna suit is water, and you run the risk of not having enough hydration. It can be dangerous. Boxers use it to drop a few pounds for weigh in...but I don't think there is much use for anyone else. IMO, the benefits don't outweigh the risk (no pun intended). Stay hydrated, burn more calories than you take in, and you will lose weight.

well yes it can help you than running without because,it shows sweating is the key in weight lost,the more you sweat the more you will lost inches and pds.i tried it and i felt slimmer in just a day,it does lighting you up of the scale,and that helps great with your motovation.

Whoa there! Sweating off a pound or two of water weight may be fine for boxers or wrestlers trying to lose that last bit to make weight, but for average folks this is not a good idea. All it does is make you sweat more. Yes, you lose that pound or two, temporarily. The amount you sweat really has very little to do with the number of calories you're burning. Over the long run you're better without it.
