I had a undercover cop get on the stand and say he saw an african american man get in my car and sell me dope.If that was true, why didnt they bust him too? Nobody got in my car n there was no dope to be found. But b/c I pushed the issue of bein pulled over w/o reasonale cause, thats the story he brewed up. Sad part- judge believed him cuz he was an officer.

I work for the court system so I have a bit of a prejudiced view, but while I believe our legal system is flawed, I also believe it far surpasses any other around the world. I certainly would not want to go on trial in say, Syria, or Turkey, or any country in South America, or a hundred other places I could name. So to directly answer your question, yes I think it is fair--fairer than others for sure.
