Is it ok to take BeneFiber with soda or energy drinks, say things like Pepsi or Red Bull? It says on the bottle not recommended with carbonated drinks. Is soda carbonated?

Ok, it is not a good idea to take Benefiber with Red Bull. I ended with a stomachace all day and the aching pain may cause to stay in bed. It may not hurt one time, but if you keep it up, you may end up with some problems.
