if a female cardinal bird flys across your path, you are supposed to make a wish. Atleast that is what my grandparents always said.

Shooting stars and stray eyelashes (make a wish, blow 'em away.) Oh, and the first star in the sky at night.

When the clock is 11:11, I make a wish...which you get to make a wish twice a day :) Shooting stars Eyelashes Throwing coins into the fountain (I don't believe in that one much though)

...can't forget about ladybugs...if one lands on you...make a wish... AND dandelions that have gone to seed...your wish is just a breath away... ...and I can never resist captured water...of any kind...I always throw in copper pennies... ALWAYS on the first start...
