You need to have your physical condition evaluated in order to discard a medical problem.

I'm not a doctor, but most doctors are nutritionally ignorant, anyways; regardless, take advice with a grain of salt. I think that your body is sensitive to sugars and starches, in that these compounds quickly dump glucose into your blood stream, forcing your body to over-produce insulin - a constant roller coaster of blood sugar levels. Indeed, I feel more mentally competent, healthy, and alert when I eat very little during the day, or at least, when I consume few sugars and starches. If cutting down on sugars and starches doesn't work, then I suggest getting tested for food allergies/intolerances/sensitivities. Also, sometimes I do CNS workouts, and if I do more than two in a week, then I feel fatigued and lethargic for the next couple days. So, you may want to consider lessening the number of intense workouts or simply stopping altogether for a week or so - your body may not be recuperating enough between workouts, causing you to feel light-headed because your body is so drained. Don't get addicted to exercise. Stop working out for a week - 7 FULL days. You'll feel better. Adios.

Eat more, just as random advice. Small, balanced meals are not enough for someone on your schedule - You need a much higher caloric intake to maintain proper bodily function.
