I think it's fine as long as you're not late for work. Why stop yourself from enjoying this website if you're not getting in trouble?

Probably not. As long as your able to complete your job tasks I see no problem with enjoying your day.

At least you do it BEFORE punching in, instead of DURING when most people do it... And no. Sometimes that's the only time ya got.
