If anything, cheese gives me sweet dreams... Cheesecake, cheese and crackers, cream cheese on a bagel...these are the things dreams are made of.

I believe cheese is difficult to digest and if eaten last thing at night this can disturb sleep and therefore cause nightmares.

I think it might be true.. two nights ago I ate a whole slab of melted cheese to myself and didn't get any nightmares. However, last night I ate a piece of stilton cheese and had the most terrible, gut wrenching nightmares :(! Firstly, I dreamt that I was looking though my fathers phone and found a picture of myself on it... I was naked with my legs wide open! Much to my horror I ran off and asked my mother why on earth he would have such a picture!! She replied "whenever he looks at it he says 'she's my little girl'". GROSS. I then woke up in a cold sweat and thanked the lord above that it was all a nightmare and not real!!! As soon as I fell back to sleep I had another nightmare. This time I was downstairs in my family home wearing nothing but a dressing gown. I was stood making some toast. My father was infront of me. Suddenly I felt something dripping down from my vagina. I looked down and there was a trial of blood from my dressing gown to the carpet, it splatted on the carpet and made such an awful mess. My father was watching all of this.. i was so embarrised that a family memeber just watched me have my period ON THE FLOOR!!! I then had to watch as my father cleaned it up for me on his hands and knees. I finally managed to get back to sleep. What a mistake that turned out to be! In my next nightmare I dreamt that I cheated on my fiance with a small child around the age of 12. This child kept following me around everywhere, this was very upsetting as I didn't want my fiance to find out about my one night stand!!! I was so stressed out trying to get away from this child but I still had sexual urges towards him. It was most distressing. Then it took another turn for the worse and myself, my fiance and the small child ended up having a bang bang. :( My next dream wasn't so bad but just a bit gorey. I wasn't in it but a group of people went on holiday and some natives were chasing them around a maze trying to catch them.. they were running so, so fast, trying their hardest to get away! It was very distressing to watch. In the end they got caught one by one. The first one got buggered to death against a tree, the second got his testicles cut off and shoved into his mouth and made to swallow them, the rest got eaten alive by one of the cannabalistic natives. I was so very relieved to wake up in the morning!!! I have NEVER had dreams this perverse before and cannot believe they came from my imagination, it sickens me even now and I am now considering seeking psychological help. I have a feeling that these were triggered by the slice of stilton cheese, but I cannot be sure.
