I saw a "How can Christians be gay even though it's a sin" question that erked me so I posted my own, and someone else posted their own.. just a big chain reaction of thoughts is all.

There does seem to be a larger percentage of religious and gay questions in the wee hours. I dont think you should be downrated for asking a question based apon your observations. +5 from me :)

I missed out on the fun. Both issues are obviously important to some AB'ers. They have as much rights to ask questions however tedious they might be to some as do the prliferation of questioners that ask for words beginning with, masterbatory questions, sexual techniques or whatever all of which have their own agenda. That I suppose is the whole point all questioners have their own agenda for asking a question. That agenda will span between point scorinig to shock or offence value. If you do not like what is asked go to the multitude of sensible questions in the memory banks of AB and resurrect tham for the good of the site.

We must understand that our fellow man has their own perspective on life as it pertains to them. Many would say that I myself am guilty of bashing those that wish to express their religous views. There is nothing wrong with expressing your beliefs or views, however, you must grant others as well the opportunity to express their point of view even if it does not agree with or coincide with your own. Not everyone thinks as you... No matter your religion, no matter what your sexual orientation, all the peoples of the world are welcome here to teach... and to learn. Each and every one of us is a small part of a large collective of diversified individuals, nowhere else on the internet to date will you find such a diversified culture. We all are on the threshold of becoming more than what we are right now. If you find yourself offended, you can log off of AB right now, and never return. Or, if you share diligence like me, you can stay, with the understanding that mankind is not as smart as it thinks it is, and that it must be instructed that mankind must accept it's diversity and heterogeneity, it must be taught to cast off it's old and ignorant perceptions of ideal society and come to a new, dare I say... spiritual reckoning. It is difficult for many to unlearn the things they have learned, and then attain or accept new found knowledge. It is fact, that mankind has always been set in it's ways, the path of change and the unknown is traversed by few, so few, because the masses are controled by their unique phobia's, and common fears. Fear drives the few to explore the world and accept it for what it is, but fear also stops many dead in their tracks, leaving them set fast to stagnate in their ways. If you come here to aquire wisdom, you must come to the epiphany that Answerbag.com is ultimately a mixed bag of people, each and everyone of them... unique. It is that which makes us unique, that makes the world turn around. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=3060108798340820283&q=steve+miller+i+want+to+make+the+world+turn+around&total=19&start=0&num=10&so=0&type=search&plindex=1
