  • Yes, it's better...that's why they switched over to them from P4. The Duo's can process more information in a smaller amount of time, due to the 2 processors. I don't know that you can directly compare the processor speed of a P4 to that of a Duo, as it is all about the amount of information that can be processed in a given amount of time...and the Duo is better in that category.
  • To answer your question, this may come as a shock but it is equivalent to a 7-12ghz p4. Some tasks it does in a 10th of time then the fastest pentium 4 3.8ghz.
