I want a high definition satellite but I am surrounded by tall trees; how can this be done?

My son just did this and the tech that came out said there was no way he could do it because of his tall trees.

There is a way you can do it but at a higher cost. If you run a cable to the dish and place it in a good spot (maybe mount it on a tree if it's sturdy enough) then connect the dish to your house. There's a price to pay for privacy eh? lol

Get a large pole of some description, and mount it in the ground, then put the dish on the top of the pole, so that it is over the top of the trees.
