Help answer this question below.

My 20 yrs old brother, no driv's lics, signed a contract for a loan with the dealer for a used car 2 mons ago. He went with a friend, who had a SR-22 restricted license. The sales told them every thing's fine. Do we have the right to cancel the contract?

    You dont have to have a licesne to purchase a car, just to legally drive it. Possibly could have gotten out of the contract within 3 days of signing but very unlikely to do so 2 months later. :)
