You're reading My 20 yrs old brother, no driv's lics, signed a contract for a loan with the dealer for a used car 2 mons ago. He went with a friend, who had a SR-22 restricted license. The sales told them every thing's fine. Do we have the right to cancel the contract?

The sales helped my brother to get the insurance too when he had no license yet. Would it be illegal? The sales has no conscience; he just wanted my brother to sign the contract. My brother is young and does know much. Can we sue the sales and the car dealership for unethical sales practice? Does anyone know where to get this kind of help in SF? Thanks a lot!
