Help answer this question below.
I don't do artificial. If I want to replace sugar I'll use stevia, maple, or honey. But I find just using less is better than subbing with something artificial. I've been around too long to trust the FDA.
Cane sugar. Splenda is extracted using chlorine, so I'm a bit paranoid about that.
Sugar and no substitute ever.
All fake sugar tastes nasty.
Cane Sugar! Saweeeet! ^_^
Splenda, because I am diabetic and too much sugar can be very bad for me.
Cane sugar only. Nothing beats the real thing.
Neither. Sugar around here tends to come from sugar beets.
Sugar! As long as you consume it in moderation, it's not bad for you. As far as splenda, though, I'm pretty paranoid about consuming something not only fake, but mostly made of chlorine, and it tastes horrible anyway.
Cane sugar for me.
Cane sugar.
Always natural cane sugar.
I would say sugar
No sugar.
Sugar has no nutritional value and the rest is poison.
Unbleached cane sugar.
organic sugar, agave or stevia
Cane sugar. Splenda could have god-knows-what side affects.
It's sooo much more yummy anyway.
I'm allergiec to cane sugar, (which includes Splenda) so I use honey or molasses.
Cane sugar, although not more healthy then splenda, taste much MUCH better.
well around here sugar comes from beets but ever since i was little i used to steal sugar from the sugar jar and one day i found the revolutionary artificial sugar packet
After one packet i felt like throwing up so ever since then ive hated splenda even though my mom uses it a lot
I plan to start using Splenda in a few weeks. I'm taking in too much sugar weekly. I use honey a little but it just doesn't taste right in my coffee.
Cane sugar because it is TRULY NATURAL and used to be used in Coca-Cola and Pepsi and other sodas before they got cheap and started using high-fructose corn syrup. Big corporations would rather you buy food products made with either Splenda or high-fructose corn syrup. High-fructose corn syrup is from corn but it is highly processed and has more sugar than all-natural unprocessed cane sugar. Splenda is made with chemicals and has no nutritional value at all. Don't let those Splenda commercials fool you! Buy stevia or Truvia or Frutia or whatever the new sugar-substitute is because it is made from a plant source. Stevia is a part of a plant and is a much better sugar substitute than Splenda or high-fructose corn syrup.
Neither.I use stevia.
Neither.
One time the CIA went into a bonded warehouse in NYC and contaminated an entire shipment of sugar from Cuba, and it when out to market! Keep using that natural sugar and see if you don't get cancer from what is added to it!
I tried to switch from Sweet N Low to Splenda. It didn't take.
I'm not a fan of sugar, because oftentimes it doesn't disolve completly, giving you are crazy sweet last couple of sips, especially in cold drinks.
Splenda, because there is a cute little frase on every packet.
cane sugar
I like Splenda but don't tell anyone. They might take away my citizenship if they heard. lol

The phrase "choose your poison" comes to mind. Sugar makes you eat more and more sugar until you become diabetic, artificial tastes bad, and is not particular good for you either, stevia, is a bit to enspensive. I try to use as little as I can. I find if you keep it under control, the craving for sugar subsides. And I have heard that proper nutrition reduces sugar cravings, such as ??zinc??, I remember something about zinc and sugar cravings.
Stevia, honey, molasses, cane syrup, maple syrup...
Cane sugar, but I rarely use it.
The taste of garlic is so strange, any way to avoid it?

I had to do honey for awhile when I went on a diet. It's really not a bad substitute, imho. :)
