it alsmot seems like it would be, if the people who did that werent the street lurkers with the 2 inch think glasses and that crazy hump on their back.... just staring into their toothless mouth and listening to their labored breathing pretty much makes me throw that idea out the window alltogether

Satine it sounds like a very good method of getting yourself attacked or murdered by some crazy person. So I would have to say i do not think it is a very good method.

I suppose that depends on where you are at the time. I guarantee if you did that during Mardi Gras; you would get enough people to say yes to have quite a party.
