None, unless they are doing it simply to do it. But those that DO have sockpuppet accounts should be drawn and quartered. (and yes, I do know what that is)

A Deaf ear. Ignoring idiots is more painful to them than physical torture.

I have to agree with those who said they should be ignored. Usually the type of people who make those kind of accusations just want to stir up trouble, and it's just frustrating for them to not be able to cause that trouble.

It's been my experience that people who accuse others by name of having sockpuppet accounts end up looking pretty silly. In those cases, the public humiliation seems torturous enough, LOL.
