If it was thawed in the fridge, a day or two at best. It depends on how fresh it was when it went into the freezer. It also depends on whether it was cooked or not. Fresh and cooked will last longer after thawing than raw meat that was put in the freezer a few days after purchase.

To be safe I would use it within a couple of days.

I always use it with 24 hours of thawing it. Better safe than sorry!
