Move the catbox away from your bed. Then move the kitten away from the bed. Then obstruct the kittens path to the bed until such time as she learns to relieve herself in her cat box instead of your bed.
You should try to keep the cat's litter box away from other locations you wouldn't put a toilet in, too. They prefer their litter and food separate, and tend to regard the entire area as a box if there are other opportune things on which to go. (Mine goes in my dirty laundry pile occasionally. At least it's dirty already.)
