How can I report someone that I KNOW is trolling me, downrating answers for no reason?

I had a troll who was insulting me in comments, then made a clone account of me and was obviously the same troll. I went to the feedback link, put the links to the questions where he was harassing me, plus links to his two profiles. I also put the link in to my profile. Both of his accounts were deleted. I am certain that answerbag can check records of downratings. I would tell them briefly what is occurring, give a link to the troll's account and your account.
