As a one-time Emergency Medical Technician in the states, I can tell you we called riders organ donors all the time, as do the police. As a motorcycle rider, I can tell you much of your safety depends on you. A comprehensive new study recently came out that indicated most motorcycle accidents were the fualt of the rider due to speeding, lack of proper safety equipment or lack of training and license.
