Close your eyes. Simply put, dizzyness is the bodies reaction to your vision telling the brain something different than the inner ear. Since you cant turn off your innate sense of up and down (controlled by the inner ear), you have to shut off the other sense.

Practice is what will help you there. Nothing but practice. Shutting your eyes while doing backflips is pretty dangerous. You just need your body to get used to the feeling of doing it.
