Depends on the price :)

I personally know 3 people with high-mileage Lexus cars and they are all quite happy with them. I think the $7500 figure is probably the high Kelly Blue Book price, which has only a tenuous connection to actual transaction prices. Edmunds.com says that a typical transaction price for the car is $4500. Negotiate or move on accordingly. As always, have the car inspected by a competent mechanic (but NOT the Lexus dealer than has been servicing the vehicle) to make sure it has been well maintained and has no immediate repair issues. Good luck.

If it has a Toyota motor in it and was mantained properly then it maybe worth it. See if they have reciepts for all the service its had in the last few years. I have 3 year old Scion xB with over 86,000 miles, and have not once had any major problems. Only thing I have had to change is the oil. Gotta love a Toyota Motor. Good luck.
