  • A manager can manually clock you in or out if you in fact took the break. When I say "manually", I mean via the manager's computer, so it shows that they made changes to the time clock.They can not clock you out if you did not take the break.

  • Yes, they have to. You're manager was doing you a favor. You HAVE to punch out of lunch-- if corporate sees you getting paid for your lunch break you and your manager will be in trouble.

  • Be glad the manager does that when you forget - Alot of companys won't pay if you don't
