Have you been to the doctor? Go to the doctor.
-
Depends...
-
dont drink anything like an hour before you go to sleep its probably because you are just to lazy to get up in the middle of the night to go pee, some hold it till the morning but i dont know if that is best for you.
-
are you sure its a pee and you are not just wet dreaming? oh anyways maybe cut drinking before goin to bed and pee before goin to bed.. or much better consult a professional.. try mind over matter might help too..

Your doctor should be able to diagnose whether there is a weakness of the muscle that holds the urine in. Eliminate all physical possiblilities first. Those are the easiest to diagnose. If they don't find any cause, then perhaps there is a psychological element at work here. Good luck. I know this can't be easy.

Grow up?
-
maybe start sleeping during the day

I would recommend first talking to a doctor about it. You can also buy adult diapers for sleeping in so at least you don't have to clean it up!
-
Stop drinking anything like 2 hrs. before you go to bed thats what my little brother does hope i helped!!! :)
-
You can get a nasal thing from the doctor you sniff at night before bed to help you stop a guy I used to know used it. This is more common than you think and can also be brought on by stress. Try drinking less and relaxing before bed as well as making sure you go to the loo. Speak to your doc and try not to worry!! Good luck!!

I'm 36 and still pee my bed at least 3 to 6 times per month. If you don't totally grow out of it by the time you go through puberty, you probably won't. Buy a rubber sheet and deal with it !
-
I visited my Mom last weekend and my bed in my old room is still made up with the rubber sheet that was on that bed when I was in high school. Although I am still troubled by more than the occasional accident, when ever I visit my Mom and sleep in my old bed, I seem to pee that bed EVERY NIGHT I am there. The smell of that old, broken in rubber sheet just messes with my brain and I sleep and pee like a baby in that bed

i am the same age and have the same issue. People dont understand the issues that come with this. I have 2 kids and still wet the bed almost every night. Anytime i fall into a deep sleep it happens night or day. If i'm in sleeping in an unfamiliar place it usually doesnt happen until i get comfortable enough (days later) Ive peed in boyfriends/friends beds and its so embarrassing how do i explain that? I ruin relationships before they can get to the point of marraige or moving in because im embarrassed about anyone finding out.
-
the most i could do is put a pad down on my bed so my mattress isnt ruined and stinky (in case company comes over) it makes alot of laundry but its not as humiliating as a diaper. Limiting your fluid intake before bed helps also but its not guaranteed.

I agree that you should see your doctor. It could be a problem of incontinence, but it is more likely a sleep disorder. You can be tested for that and should be.
-
They have a pill now! You just take it when you retire. But the doctor will examine you first.
-
See a urologist first of all and then, take it from there.
-
hi!!! i think that if you stop drinkin clod drinks before you go to bed (if you do) i think that will help some thats just my opinion!! but go tot the doc if im right you owe me a million dollars lol jk
-
as everyone has mentioned above i would highly recommend seeing a doctor. This could be because of various reasons. Could be because of bladder problems, diabetes or maybe even a sleep disorder. So definitely get it checked. Hopefully its nothing. Hope i helped.

You should go and see a doctor. There are medications that can help with that.
-
Until you do try sleeping at the Shallow End
-
Wear Depends and pity the fool that goes to bed with you

Obviously, stop fluid intake hours before bedtime. Adult diapers is another stop gap. I would also suggest setting an alarm clock for 3-4 hours after you go to sleep to relieve your self during the night. My concern is you may have health or medical issues related to your incontinence, but I would also seek a therapist to explore any anxiety related issues present or past that may be placing undo stress on you during your waking hours that only sleep is affording you any relaxation or escape from.
