It could mean you have acute intermittent porphyria, a rare genetic disease. Speak to your doctor about it immediately

you could have blood in the urine. you need to go to a doctor, you could have kidney failure, or disease. there are many types of porphyria that can cause it too.

you might have Acute Intermittent Porphyria it a disease that turns you pee purple so ask a doctor immediatly and make sure you tell him/her every detale about what is happing to you and when it first started. The disease can be treated.

there is also the possibility of you having a sickness you can look it up on google or medical website just look up purple pee it sounds odd but it is a fatal thing if you are sick with it.
