Yes, but the pickle(s) would get soggy and limp. Also any other veggies such as lettuce, tomatoe. etc (which are not on regular McD burgers).

Its McD's those things will last for thousands of years even if you leave them out.

Make sure you use a good freezer baggy so you don't get frost burn on them. and I would just do the burger though not the bun

The fat content alone should preserve them for at least a few thousand years.

Why don't you just go to the poorest place you can find, and start giving out cheeseburgers? :-P I know McDonalds will probably speed up the process if they are near their end, but hey, atleast they get to eat a cheeseburger! :-D
