Not sure why you were down-rated so much for this. They are OK, but the best way to get your fish is in fillet form. Fish fingers contain a lot of fillers and binding agents, so you get less fish than if you were to crumb pieces of actual fish fillet. The can contain a lot of fat if you deep fry them as well. I personally do not like them now like I used to when I was a kid. They are OK occasional food, but I would not try to subsist on them.

Tasty? I think so. Healthy? Not so much. It's much healthier to just buy and cook fresh fish, or to even used canned fish like tuna or salmon. The breaded fish sticks have a lot of coating, and very little fish - and you really could do much better health-wise.

MOST FISH BOUGHT AT ALREADY MADE =SHORT SERVICE, LIKE FAST FOOD SERVICES BUY ALL YOU CAN EAT FISH STICKS, PATTIES ARE OR HAVE BEEN IN THE RECENT PAST SHARK FOOD. THATS WHY ITS SO CHEAP.
