Try cleaning the boost control valve and associated hoses. Blow by oil gathers in the BCV lines and can cause boost surge.
There is also a restrictor olive that can become blocked. It lives in a T off the Wastegate just before the BCV. Its approximately 1.2mm ID, check its clear.

My first thought is the wastegate could be playing up - if it opens before it's meant to, it will let exhaust gas past the turbine, which means your turbo won't be powering properly, which will cause a boost drop. Either that or your blow-off valve is faulty. Either way, I'd say one of your pressure-controlling valves is letting air leak when it shouldn't.

    I could be wrong, though...
