  • Possibly if you are worried about the raw egg. But that is such a slight concern. And certain things are better for you cooked. Like oats and many types of flour are easier to digest if cooked. Most grains are hard to assimilate when in their dry stage. They need moisture and heat to make them digestible. Edit- OOPS! meant to say HEAT not hat :-)
