In comparison with a lot of countries even US truck stops have good service.

im irish....but loved every visit to oregon usa i have made over the years, as for service in restaurants...the yanks win me over, totally hospitablbe, happy and helpful.......thats my answer in a nut shell...yank lover...from ireland xx

In general, very good. I seldom have bad service at a restaurant.

It depends where. In some places, I've never seen the bottom of my cup.

It's good, much better than the UK restaurants I've been in.
