You can only rate each answer once and since you are Level 7 you are limited to a maximum of +2 points.

As you advance through the levels, you will be able to give out an increasing number of points. Just persevere

As you go up levels, you get to give or down rate with more points.

As your level increases from the points given to you, the number of points you can give to others increases.

You, yourself get more points and then you raise levels, and you can give people more points. I helped you out all I could +++

When you get to higher levels you can give more points:-)

If you have a high enough ranking, instead of just clicking on the +, move your cursor over the + sign. You should see a list of possible points to give someone, from 1 to your highest permitted level. For example, I can currently give someone 1 to 6 points. +2 for this ? :o)

I think when you get to level 13 you will be able to give three I think it goes to 4 once you get to level 23. I think the max allowed on this site so far is 6 points

Well first people have to rate you, then you gain level and the more level you have the more rating you can give. At least thats how I understand it.

Keep asking and answering questions. As you earn more points you will be gradually able to award more, until you reach the maximum of 5 for questions and 6 for answers.

You can only do that when you work your way up through the ranks of answerbag. When you reach certain levels it increases the amount of points that you can give or take away.

The higher the level you get Scooby, the more points you can give :-)
