No! It happened to me 'once'.

I've done it a million times. On an earlier version of Answerbag, the answer text box sat almost directly underneath the comment text box, and the two looked just alike. Even after the programmers changed the layout, I still do it occasionally. You can give feedback (feedback link at bottom of page) or change your "answer" to read, "Meant to comment. Please flag this and receive five mod points. Thanks!" Someone will flag it for you.

I have done it a couple of times, but I don't normally do it if I am concentrating.
