After seeing remnants of WWII bomb damage to London, I have renewed respect for the British and their courage. I stayed in a London pub. The people were friendly and helpful. I would love to visit the UK again. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the city and the friendliness of the people. Public transportation was efficient and user-friendly. The police and other public servants were hard-working and gracious.
