Legally i don't think you can lock him out. Especially since its his house. Even if his name was not on the title/lease he still resides and has all his stuff there, which would make it illegal for anyone other than the landlord to restrict his access, and even that must have warning before it can be done. That is just what I think, I am not a lawyer or anything close to it, but I have been around them enough to pick up on a few things! But you can allways call the cops and have him escorted away for the night if he is violent! Good luck!
