Help answer this question below.
and Jesus too, dont forget Jesus!
My parents never lied to us about stuff like that. We knew they were just symbols and myths, nothing more.
... and yes, that includes Jesus too.
Waddaya mean "The Truth"
First grade
i stopped believing probaly around 7 too because my parents i geuss thought i was old enough to know the truth.
I was brought up Jehovah Witness's always knew there was no santa claus. my faux pau (I know I didn't spell it right)was telling all the other kids ...lots of angry parents came to my house ...I felt bad I thought everyone knew?
5 or 6. But my mom thought I believed in Santa until about 8. I kind of tried to fool her into believing that I still believed so she couldn't make any excuses when I asked Santa for a gift.
What? You LIE!!!!!!!! Coal for you my friend!
I don't wanna know 'the truth' about Santa, the Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy or god. So, please, don't go spoil it for me by telling me. There are certain things that I'd rather not know
i was brought up knowing from the beginning that santa claus/easter bunny weren't real. my mom taught me from the beginnning that they are just stories to make the holiday more fun, but would then explain the real reason to the holiday, her christian reason. my dad had no part (hes jewish).
I always knew.
when I was 25, not just kidding I think I was 9 or 10
I guess about 2 minutes ago. Thanks alot.
MY parents always told us it wasnt real, told us to believe in god though. Wow that belief didnt stick for as long as they wanted it to.
To me Santa will always will be real. The tooth fairy I could take or leave; probably real. Actually when I was 10 my mom flat out and told me Santa wasn't real. I was devastated, I was so mad I went and told my little brother and made my mom so mad at me. It was a horrible truth.
I learned that Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy were my parents the day I started growing my white beard, my fluffy tail, and my wings. I thought... What a genetic quirk that these three different beings (one not even human) could reproduce to create me.
But, I've learned to control my urges to pay people for their teeth, bring candy and eggs to people's homes and hide them everywhere, and to try to sneak down people's chimneys. It's a hard life, but I accept my fate.
Whaaaaaaat you mean my momma does not know who my pappa is?????????.
Oh well I could not ask for a better combination.Lots of gifts, chocolate and magic. Hmmmmmm not so bad.
A cousin of mine ruined it for me (At least the Santa Claus part) I guess I was about 7.
10. *sniffle*
WHAT?????!?!?! They are fake? *falls over and dies*
My parents were kind enough never to lie to us about those things. They encouraged us to not bust our friends' bubbles, but not to lie to them about it, either.
What you talkin bout Willis? No Santa? Tooth fairy? The Easter Bunny? They will live on...I will keep them alive as long as I breath. It is magical to see kids when they think something special happens just because. Those things are a part of our heratige, our lives. Why take all the fun out of childhood?
And Jesus is not a fairy tale..What does it hurt to believe in Goodness? And none of the things named here are bad or corrupt.
I dont remember how old I was, but I went up to my dad and said "Daddy, I know who Santa Claus is.." "who?" "its you!!!"
What is this truth you speak of? I have no idea what you are talking about!
my cousin told me when i was 3 years old. i dont remember it but my mum says i was totally heartbroken and cried for ages. i cant ever recall "believing" and that makes me sad. my cousin got into all sorts of trouble.
I never really believed in the Easter bunny. But I must've been about 9 years old when I figured out about Santa, I was not amused to say the least. The tooth fairy thing closely followed.
nver believed in 'em... though my parents tryed shovin it down my throwt so they can "tell santa that i was bad" or "jebus will strick you down"
My mom says that at 3 or 4 years old I begged my dad to let me believe in Santa. He began clearing things up for me as soon as he could. I believe it was at birth.
Whatever do you mean?
about 8... but to this day I still believe in Santa, afterall I know who Santa is :)) and I believe in him very much...
Santa is real you BLASPHEMER!!
what do you mean the truth!!!!????
you mean they are not real?!!!
so iv been lied to for 23 years!!!!
lol lol
What are you guys talking about? You better watch saying such things are you will get a one way ticket to the Naughty list. You know the Easter Bunny is crazy as hell. He is always hiding my basket. Don't get me started on the Tooth Fairy... I guess I won't see here again until my permanent teeth start falling out. How does that work anyway? Are they worth more than baby teeth?
first or second grade. actually i told my mom that i didn't believe in them. (i probably heard somebody at school about santa, but the other 2 i never really believed in to begin with)
What!?!?!? Did Santa finally come out of the closet? I always thought the tooth fairy was gay. Why else would he call himself "fairy". I don't know how the Easter Bunny got mixed up with them.... (Not that there's anything wrong with that)
I never really thought they were real, although my parents told me otherwise.
I don't remember when I stopped believing in them. I was probably 9 or 10. I don't see how Santa could exist, and same goes for the tooth fairy.
But I still believe in the Easter Bunny! :)
they are????? Oh nooooo! Aaaaaah!!!! And my fairy godmother? dont tell me she is my mother too, or worse, my father?!
How ever old I was about 30 seconds ago when I read that they were my parents.
i was 7 and then i told my little sis
An ass cramp told me when I was 5. She was about 13 and when she told me I was devastated.
What truth.....what are you implying?
about 15 years before I found out the truth about Jesus and God. I'd say about 10.
Yep, they're real!
I think I was 7. My older brother told me, bastard!
Those things were rare at my house anyway, but I'd have to say 6 for the toothfairy, mabe 4 for Santa Claus. The easter bunny was VERY real to me for some reason until I was about 10,because I was facinated with talking animals and wanted them to be real! LOL! :D *+++++*
3rd grade so 8 years old
I was never taught about any of those. oh wells
