if EX is on the LEASE or rental agreement. you cant kick him out without the prescribed notice.. if he is not on your agreement. Adios amigo! PS get the utilities put in your name ASAP.

I believe he has you over a barrel, in this situation. you evict him and he will have the utilities cut off. Once you give him a legal writ of eviction, he is going to tell you all about his name used for the utilities. you can expect this.
