  • I guess that it should help a little if you are trying to eat less.
  • It's actually good for you. Especially if you're trying to lose weight. It helps you soften the food fo rchewing so it gets into smaller bites, helps you swallow, and helps move the food threw your system without lessening the amount of nutrtion you take in. And if you're trying to lose weight it gives you a sense of being full sooner so you eat less.
  • I don't think so. Unless you are drinking VERY LARGE amounts of water (which would be uncomfortable to do while eating) then don't worry about it.
  • Drinking water is good for you no matter when you drink it.The more you drink the better.
