For anyone who also has panick attacks, do you have a method of gettin out of the weird feeling you are left with when you work through the attack?

No method. I use Rescue Remedy, a spray Bach's Flower remedy. It's great for relieving stress or nervous moments. Works great for animals, too, like for lightning and rescue animals. @-3 sprays under my tongue and I'm good to go.

I recovered from those using prescription medications. Nothing else worked.
