  • There are lots of different ways of being normal, and I understand why you or doing this ( at least I think I do ). But sleeping in a bed is better, you sleep better, if you really can't sleep in your own for whatever reason, why not get a new one, new life new start. Good Luck.
  • If you have been sleeping in the bed with your ex, I can understand you. But probably you will go back to use the bed after a time. Anyway, it is good for you to change some habits.
  • I couldn't slep in the bed I'd shared with my partner so I bought a new one. I felt that I had started a new part of my life so some things just had to be replaced.
  • You're feeling a separation anxiety. (Or something like it anyway). Go buy a new bed and all new bedroom furniture, (if you can afford it, if not for SURE the bed), and change the room around. Get all whole new look, and start over. Don't dwell on the past, take a deep breath and move forward. CHANGE your life. Now get off the couch and get living!
  • Sleep wherever you like. The most important for you is to sleep.....
  • It's normal. Although my exes and I didn't share my bed, I would always start sleeping on the couch after we broke up. i didn't think about any connection till now.
