I like mine very spicy most of the time. Every once in awhile, I'm not in a spicy mood, but generally spicy is best. That's one reason I like Thai food a bit better than Chinese food. (It is all good though.)

I like tasty food, spicy, too. It doesn't have to be hot for hot's sake but the hot must be there for a purpose. I love sichuan very much.

I have a high tolerance in spicy food. If i eat I always have hot sauce with me. My favorite is kikoman with chopped chili sauce. I even can eat fresh chili without perspiring haha.

Since shushi is my passion, I sometimes dip it in wasabi, (I think that's what that green paste is called), That's good enough for me. I also like the hot musturd-y sauce, but very little.

How spicy can you make it?..that's how hot I like it.

... depends on the weather of the day ... "seasoning is NOT the same as flavouring" As a person who is both a certified nutritionist and a certified Chinese Herbologist, I understand what spices and herbs are used in Chinese cuisine, and WHY they are used. They cause minor physiological changes in our bodies that helps with adjusting the body to the weather of the day ... there are four main branches for Chinese food seasoning, same as the weather types - hot & humid, hot & dry, cold & humid, cold & dry ... ... so, I like my Chinese food to have the exact amount of the right set of spices needed for the day's weather.
