A bad self image and the body and mind show it.

Some people just dont care and tend not to care about a career, and do whatever just because they look at it as they are getting a paycheck, so I uess you would say thats lack of ambition. Some also stop maintaining their appearence by not grooming themselves, bathing, and eating appropriately either becoming overweight, or too thin. Some also just vegitate for extended periods of time feeling sorry for themselves and being lazy. I guess everyting depends on a situation and how they handle life and their lifestyles.
