If oil is evidence of a "fossil fuel", is there also evidence of DNA in the fresh oil coming out of the earth?

I think that the way that men are burning through the world’s oil supply, they are to much in a hurry to slow down to test it.

DNA is a very complex molecule and it starts to breakdown once the organism has died. Add to this the heat an pressure to which organic material must be subjected in order to turn it into oil, and you are not going to find any surviving the transformation.
