Fruit juice is a part of a good diet plan but I am sure you could find a better flavour than lemon. To reduce your mass, you need to do more than just drink lemon juice. You need to reduce your total caloric intake. Eat more fruits and veggies, less meat and limit your alcohol consumption to 1 or two servings a week.

  • Ive been drinking lemon 1st thing in the morning mixed with water as well as reducing calory intake. So far, I notice much more regular bowel movements....much more than even before when i just watched my cal. intake. Its as if my body isnt absorbing fats either because they seem to float in large globs in the toilet...sorry if thats TMI!!! Ill be weighing in next thursday and will blog again but I feel great since i started this. Its killing my urge to drink as much diet soda as i used to also. Plusit gives me more of a response than my morning cup of coffee
