If you need larger text size in your browser, that can be adjusted. In Firefox, click on the "View" Menu, then Click on "Text Size". Or just hit CTRL-++ to increase text size and CTRL-0 (zero) to return it to normal. EDIT------------------------------------- I just checked Internet Explorer 6, it has the same "Text Size" option in the "View" menu just like Firefox, but does not have the shortcut keys.

I'm thinking less Rum might improve the focus a bit, but what a sucky trade off. Pretty sure it's not worth it.
