Uncle Jesse played the piano. You can see him playing it in several episodes, like his wedding (He plays "Forever" for Becky), the day they go to Disneyland (plays the same song, but in a hotel), he also plays "little more love" in the piano house in another episode with his band... I remember lots of episodes where Jesse plays the piano
