Dividing a map into squares, each square is called a quadrant. If you divide the map with triangles what is the name of each triangle?

Being literal here, I guess to do it that way would be very confusing for the people reading the map. After all, the squares serve the purpose of giving exact coordinates for location and orientation.

A trine, or trine aspect. EDIT: I misunderstood what you were asking for. There are six triangles at each vertex in your map, not three segments. The answer tto your question is a "triangular element" of a "triangulation".
