A friend of mine that is a personal trainer always says "The Motivation Fairy doesn't exist. She's not going to come visit you." You have to make it part of your regular schedule. You don't have to do a team sport. Go for a hike, a brisk walk, swim laps, dance like a maniac..find something you do like or can do and do it. At the VERY least, do extra little things in your day, walk to/from work if you can, at least park farther away, take the stairs, walk at lunch...stuff like that. I do understand that time is a MAJOR issue. I have the same issue and I am moving which will cut my commute time in half and I plan to use that time exercising.
