  • Lemons, like vinegar, are weakly acidic. As long as you only used a little juice, it would be okay. but I wouldn't advise bathing in it. Mind you, I ate through an entire lemon tree one summer, and my teeth are great.

  • Juice of any kind is bad for your teeth. Regular juices have way too much sugar. That is why it is advised to drink water after drinking juice. Citric juices, especially, lemons are have high acid content and will eat the enamel off your teeth. So, I guess lemons will take off the stains, but you will eventually, have a worse situation. The peroxide and baking soada mixture is an excellent way to make your teeth white.
