    To upload your file to YouTube it has to be in any one of the following video format i.e. .wmv, .mov, .mpg or .avi. To upload your flash file you’ll have to first convert (you'll need a media converter)it to any of the above mentioned video format. You can search on Google for a free media converter. One I suggest is - Quick Media Converter 3.5.7 (It's FREE!!!)

    try File > Export > Movie then change the format to .avi you then can compress that down with a video converter and upload it.
