idk um i turned 14 in febuary and im 4FT 10IN. AND WEIGHT 89 POUNDS BUT IM VERY ATLETIC.I DO CHEERING N HORSE BACK RIDING.AND LOTS OF MY FRIENDS SAY IM REALLY SKINNY BUT I DONT THINK SO .SO CAN ANY 1 TELL ME IF IM OVER WEIGHT ..IF SOOO HOW CAN I LOSE SOME WIGHT?????????????????

i am 14 years old, and I am 5'7" and weigh 136. I know that I am a little over weight, and I exercise and run for 2 hours every day to try to loose weight. Its hard to tell what a good weight is because most of the weight vs. height charts are for adults. MOST OF MY FRIENDS WEIGH FROM 100-120 though, and that is probably a HEALTHY weight.

i'm 14 and 5"5. i weigh about 125. i've been told that somewhere between 117-135 is a healthy weight for my height. is that right? does that help?

im 14, im 5/6 and i weigh 120, i play a spor t every season, but basketball and softball are my favorites :)

There are a wide variety of healthy weights, depending on height and muscle mass. For a dwarf 14 year old, 50lbs could be a healthy weight, while for a 6' 2" 14 year old girl who is weight training and hoping to become an Olympic athlete, 225lbs might well be a healthy weight for her.
