If you can find a place to download it from, sure, but it'd be illegal. You can pick up a copy of Halo PC from any game store for like ten bucks.

You can download the trial version off the official microsoft website. Or you could try using a P2P app and try searching it with the crack. I wouldn't recommend it though. It might put your computer at risk of being infected.
