  • Assuming you mean many centuries into the future when we managed to make them all extinct, I would say that they would think ancient man of the 21st decade had a deep spiritual bond with animals that they adored and were compelled to deify them in an anthropomorphic way as exemplified in team mascots and other mutated varieties where the animal in some way or another is actively partaking in the sport in question somehow.
